Most of our team have been involved in the Real Estate industry for many years and therefore are able to provide a wealth of experience to our clients.
We have been trading since 1977 and in 2010/2011 we decided that the size of the Real Estate market, together with the evolution of the trends and serviceability levels we provide, we no longer felt that an independent agency could provide the required level of service.
We subsequently moved from being an independent Real Estate company (Fraser Real Estate) to part of the largest marketing group in Real Estate in Western Australia, The Professionals Group.
Professionals South West was born.
The Directors of this company; Brad Fraser – Licensee & Principal, Karen Kemp – Sales Professional (Busselton), Garry Morris – Sales Professional (Dunsborough), Trevor Frusher – Commercial Sales and Leasing, provide depth and balance to an ever evolving real estate community.
We are proud of our staff throughout our two offices, who are continually being trained in the best practice techniques in order to provide maximum service to our customers.

– Unable to let their rental properties; We have two full time Property Managers with Assistants & Administration Support staff.
– Unable to sell their property; Having two teams of Sales People with both male and female representatives available 7 days a week provides our clients with the best opportunities. Being up to date with technology also provides benefits for our clients.
– Capable of handling large projects; We are involved in providing advice to our clients in subdivision development, englobo land sales, commercial & industrial development.
